Your Role
- 1:1 Tuition – To provide creative interventions, working towards a personalised package of academic and interest-based support for secondary age students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH).
- Multi-Agency Working – Collaborate with families, professionals and the wider team around the learner to promote the best interest of the child.
- Monitoring Progress - Track student development and provide constructive feedback to boost their confidence.

Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - A recognised teaching qualification is required.
- Relevant Experience - At least 3 years of teaching/student support experience.
- Passionate Individuals - A genuine commitment to supporting students with diverse learning needs.
- Communication Skills - Strong ability to engage effectively with students, families, and other professionals.
