We are looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in managing client interactions, processing orders, and supporting the external sales force. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your commercial skills in a dynamic and innovative environment. The role is based in our main HQ, in Telford.
Your impact
- Managing inbound customer inquiries and providing prompt, accurate sales support
- Qualifying and forwarding sales leads to the external sales team to drive new business
- Building strong, lasting relationships with installers, contractors, and distribution partners
- Accurately preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing CRM record
- Supporting sales targets through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Who you are
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management (HVAC or construction sector preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical product information
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce, SAP, or similar)
- Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive with a customer-centric mindset
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce/SAP) and MS Office
- Knowledge of HVAC products/systems or strong willingness to learn
