We’re looking for an Inside Sales Team Leader, based in our Cannock office.

What you’ll do:
Proactively coach and mentor the Inside Sales Team to create a high-performing sales culture.
Have a strong focus on developing and increasing New Business.
Work closely with the Inside Sales Manager to develop a competitive sales strategy.
Lead and manage team performance to meet profitability targets and KPI’s.
Qualify leads, create opportunities, close orders, and actively pursue new business opportunities.
Act as a CRM champion, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information across the team.
Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain high service standards.
Network internally and externally to build expert knowledge and maintain competitive awareness.
Lead or co-lead projects and initiatives, driving continuous improvement and change management.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
Proven track record of maintaining and building sales in challenging environments.
Experience in power generation or Temperature Control rental industries would be beneficial.
Experience leading a high-performing sales team.
Customer-focused, solution and results-oriented.
Financial and commercial awareness.
Strong problem-solving and technical aptitude.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
