Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified, experienced and client-focused Financial Adviser to join our friendly and approachable team. The successful candidate will hold a Level 4 Diploma and demonstrate a strong work ethic, coupled with a determination to succeed. A sound knowledge of services such as investments, taxation, and retirement planning are essential. This is an exciting opportunity to join our firm as the business rapidly expands.

Basic Salary from £36,000 - £60,000 (O.T.E £100,000)
This opportunity is based at our upcoming Birmingham office, which is currently in development. As we expand our regional presence, this role offers a unique chance to be part of the foundation of our Birmingham team and grow with the office from the outset.
Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Arranging client appointments
- Managing and maintaining client relationships
- Growing a successful client book
- Conducting annual client reviews
- Maintaining high professional standards
About You:
- Proven experience in financial planning or a related field (essential)
- CII Level 4 Diploma (essential)
- Excellent understanding of the FCA and how a financial services firm operates
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to handle complex financial data
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and projects effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
