Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources and Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team. Lenore Care is a family operated care provider based in the North East of England, we have a small group of 6 care homes and work with over 175 employees. The role is part time with the possibility of flexible on site working from our head office in the centre of Whitley Bay.
This role is pivotal in supporting various HR functions, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes, and enhancing employee experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of human resources and payroll practices.
Duties
- Manage and maintain employee records.
- Assist the care home managers in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, screening candidates, and managing.
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately to ensure up-to-date employee information.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.
- Facilitate communication between employees and management regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and payroll team.
- Support the payroll team with data entry.
- Assist in social media management for employer branding initiatives.
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
- Previous administrative experience within a human resources environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with social media platforms for professional use is an advantage.
