HR People Support are an outsourced HR company, with a big heart for building relationships. We work closely to understand our clients to provide an excellent service, advising and coaching on all stages of the HR lifecycle.
We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Consultant to join our small, friendly team. You will work within our team of HR consultants, advising and coaching clients both strategically and operationally. No two days are the same and you will get involved in a broad range of ER casework, providing day to day operational advice on disciplinaries, grievances and redundancies, as well as absence, probation and performance management. Strategic people planning, delivering bespoke workshops through to reviewing contracts and policies will also be part of your remit. You will implement HR projects, conduct compliance audits and support HR systems, with the determination to deliver what the client needs and the ability to get it right first time.
This is a varied role, working in a fast-paced environment, to best support a range of clients with their unique needs. You will need significant relevant experience of working in a high level HR role and ideally be qualified to a minimum of CIPD level 5. You will have a passion for service delivery, a keen eye for detail, with excellent communication skills, and a willingness to support the team.
This position is offered on a part-time (minimum 28 hours per week) or full-time basis for 28-35 hours per week. We are office based in central Cheltenham, with flexibility to work with clients onsite and at home.
