We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Operations Associate Manager to lead the execution of HR operational processes and services across the employee lifecycle, reporting to the HR Ops Lead. This role is critical in ensuring consistent, efficient, and compliant delivery of HR services while driving process improvement and enhancing the employee experience. 
As a key member of the HR Ops team, you will manage daily operations, guide a team (where applicable), and collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Legal, and COE to ensure smooth execution of HR activities in alignment with local legislation, company policy and global standards.
