Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line HR advice to staff and support line managers with employee relations matters including absence management and performance concerns
- Generate reports and conduct data analysis to support strategic HR planning
- Take accurate notes during formal meetings and hearings
- Manage staff probation processes and ensure timely reviews
- Maintain compliance across HR policies and procedures
- Respond to day-to-day HR queries in a timely and supportive manner
- Keep employee records accurate and up-to-date using the iTrent HR system
- Audit and maintain the Single Central Register of Appointments
- Assist in preparing salary letters and related HR documentation
- Proven HR experience with strong knowledge of employment law
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Experience using HR systems such as iTrent is desirable
- Able to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
