- Play a pivotal role in a 3-year global People transformation programme.
- Be part of a forward-thinking HR team driving real cultural and operational change.
- Hybrid working from our Reading Head Office (3 days per week) with opportunities to collaborate across the UK and EU.
- Develop your skills through training, CIPD progression, and hands-on project exposure.
- CIPD Level 3 or above (or equivalent HR qualification/experience).
- Solid Employee Relations experience including absence management and disciplinaries
- Confident in managing the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, policies, absence, leavers, etc.).
- Proven knowledge of UK employment law (European legislation knowledge desirable).
