Housing Support Officer
Are you passionate about empowering people to access their community and the services available to them? We are looking for dedicated Housing Support Officers to join our team and help individuals in Pembrokeshire maintain their tenancies and live independently at home and in their communities.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide tailored support to individuals, assisting them with household tasks and daily living.
- Help service users access local services, community resources, and opportunities to fully engage with their communities.
- Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and other key organisations to achieve the best outcomes for those you support. Using a preventative approach.
- Build and maintain knowledge of local charities, third-sector organisations, statutory and non-statutory services, and community resources to offer holistic and effective support.

- A willingness to go the extra mile to ensure individuals can thrive both at home and within their community.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with families, colleagues, and professionals.
- A valid UK driving licence.
