The Role
To provide admin support to team in delivering asset management projects and compliance related activities.
Main responsibilities
To provide admin support for stock condition surveying, asbestos management and damp and mould cases including booking appointment- s To maintain manual and computerised systems including inputting data, loading documents to asset management systems, keeping records, statistics, confidential and general filing systems as require
- d To respond to routine correspondence and enquiries from members of the public, suppliers, and other staff
- . To deal with all customer contact effectively, and courteously, in line with the council’s policies and procedures

Desirable qualifications/experience
Ability to carry out basic Office skill- s Ability to follow set procedures and routine
