We’re looking for a dedicated and caring Housekeeping Assistant to join our friendly team. In this role, you’ll help ensure our home stays safe, fresh, and comfortable for all our residents — making their day that little bit brighter.
- Delivering high standards of cleanliness to create a warm and welcoming environment for everyone in our home.
- Making sure our laundry service runs smoothly — ensuring clothes and linen are washed, cared for, and returned promptly to the right person.
- Working closely with the care team and chatting with residents in a warm, respectful, and person-centred way.
- Following infection control procedures to keep everyone safe and well.
- Helping to organise team rotas so we’re always prepared.
- Making sure we’ve got all the equipment and supplies we need to keep things running smoothly.
- Always looking out for our residents’ wellbeing and promoting their dignity and rights.
What skills and experience are we looking for?
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
- Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Experience supporting individuals with additional needs.
- A commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care.
- A genuine interest in working within the care industry.
- Excellent attention to detail.
