Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and staff. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service, as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
- Ensure all rooms and common areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to health regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Experience in a hotel environment is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleaning tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

A) full time - 30 hours per week Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm
B ) part time - 12 Hours per week, working Saturday & Sunday 10am -4pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
