We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented hotel housekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and common areas, ensuring a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms according to established standards
- Change bed linens and towels, restock toiletries and other supplies
- Dust and vacuum guest rooms and common areas
- Clean and maintain hotel common areas including hallways, elevators, and lobby
- Assist with laundry duties as needed
- Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
