We are currently looking for a Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be required to work as part of a team to maintain the cleanliness and image of the home and to provide our Residents with the high-quality cleanliness standards they are familiar with. Training and development of our staff is a high priority at Coxbench Hall and you will be given as much training as needed along with a comprehensive induction programme to support you in undertaking the role. In addition, we are always happy to offer and explore opportunities for you to acquire new skills and qualifications.

Responsibilities & Requirements
- Maintain the cleanliness of the Residents rooms
- Maintain the cleanliness of the common rooms of the Home
- Previous cleaning Experience is desirable but not essential.
- Can work well within a team but also on a solo basis.
- Must be able to follow Company policies and procedures.
- Flexibility to cover shifts and work weekends
- Due to our location, having your own transport would be highly advantageous although buses do pass the home, these do not run late into the evening and are limited on Sundays and bank holidays
- Clean background check. If you do not already have one you will be supported to apply for one through our partners. with the cost reimbursed after 3 months employment.
Salary and hours
- Part Time, 8am – 12pm per shift. 8-12 hours available
- £13.19 per hour including attendance bonus
- Extra 50p per hour if you have an NVQ relevant to the role
