Housekeeping Assistant
Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our dedicated team at St Johns House Care Home! We are looking for a Housekeeping Assistant to work 30hrs per week, over 4 days, including alternate weekends.
As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high quality service across the home. Your responsibilities will include:
- Making beds and cleaning resident rooms, communal areas, and bathrooms to a high standard.
- Collecting residents’ clothing for laundry, returning and placing them neatly in their rooms.
- Adhering to Health & Safety and COSHH policies and procedures.
- Cleaning sanitary and other equipment in line with infection control policies.
- Observing the welfare of residents, ensuring their privacy and dignity are respected at all times.
