Role Overview:
We are seeking a Housekeeper to join our dedicated team. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our guest rooms and public spaces to the highest standards. The role offers working hours from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, providing a good work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Rooms: Clean and prepare guest rooms to hotel standards, including changing bed linens, replenishing towels, and restocking amenities.
- Public Areas: Maintain the cleanliness of public spaces such as corridors, lounges, and reception areas.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure all rooms and areas are well-presented, with attention to detail on all aspects of cleanliness and tidiness.
- Health & Safety: Comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards, and ensure proper handling of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Guest Requests: Respond to special requests from guests promptly and courteously.
- Reporting Issues: Report any maintenance issues or lost property to the management team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred, but not essential.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
- Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Team Player: Friendly, approachable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility: Ability to work some weekends and during peak periods.
- Physical Stamina: The role involves physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and moving items.
