Job description
A great position for an experienced Hotel Receptionist to join a friendly team based at a newly refurbished Hotel in city centre of Bradford.
Working 16 to 40 hours per week, which will include early mornings, evenings, and weekends, must be flexible with shift patterns.
Working as part of a team you will be checking in and out guests.
Answering calls and completing reservations using Opera System
Responding to email enquires
Updating information using Excel
Processing payments/cashing up.
The ideal candidate will be well presented with a positive and outgoing personality
You will possess first class customer services skills and will have ideally worked within a 4* establishment.
A clear, confident telephone manner.
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) are essential
Knowledge of Opera system will be a distinct advantage
MS Office knowledge - Word, Excel required.
Previous hotel reception experience required.
