Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries
- Address any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organisation at the reception area
- From time to time take guest food and drinks orders
- Serve guests in the restaurant and bar area
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is essential
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to provide excellent guest services with a positive attitude
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are an advantage
- Proficient in using computer systems for reservations and billing processes
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
