Location: Unity Beach, Brean Sands, Somerset.
Unity Beach (formally Holiday Resort Unity) in Somerset, is entering an exciting new chapter under fresh ownership, and we are looking for a Hot Tub Assistant.
Job Details
Providing a Great Service to our Holiday Owners, Guests and customers, you need to be approachable, professional and provide an excellent level of cleaning, maintaining chemical levels, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Duties include
- Cleaning and Maintenance:
This involves emptying, cleaning, and refilling hot tubs.
- Chemical Management:
Ensuring proper chemical levels in the hot tub water to maintain safety and hygiene.
- Monitoring and Reporting:
Regularly checking the hot tubs for any issues and reporting maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
- Assisting Guests:
Providing assistance to guests using the hot tub facilities, such as answering questions or providing guidance on proper usage.
- Following Procedures:
Adhering to established protocols for cleaning, maintenance, and safety.
Skills needed:
- Physical Stamina: Hot tub attendants often need to be physically fit to handle tasks like lifting hot tub covers and cleaning equipment.
- Attention to Detail: Maintaining cleanliness and safety requires meticulous attention to detail.
- Customer Service Skills: Interacting with guests and providing assistance is a key part of the job.
- Basic Maintenance Skills: Experience in general DIY and basic maintenance is often helpful.
- Hot Tub Knowledge (Desirable): Understanding of hot tub chemicals and basic maintenance procedures can be an advantage, though training is often provided.
Hours:
Approx. 30 hours including Saturday and Sunday and two other days.
