We’re looking for a warm, approachable, and proactive individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess. This unique hybrid role blends elements of reception, security, and workplace ambassador duties.
You’ll be the friendly face of the workplace, helping to create a safe, welcoming, and well-organised environment every day.

The Role
- Greet and welcome visitors, staff, and guests with a positive and professional attitude
- Manage front-of-house and reception areas, ensuring they are tidy and presentable
- Act as a point of contact for workplace queries and general assistance
- Monitor access and maintain awareness of security protocols
- Support facilities and workplace operations with a “can-do” mindset
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth daily operation
- Provide exceptional service and promote a welcoming workplace culture

- A naturally friendly and approachable personality
- A proactive and flexible attitude
- Strong communication and people skills
- The ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
- Basic I.T. skills, including familiarity with Word, Excel, and email systems
