The Corstorphine Hotels Group is looking for an experienced Hospitality Officer to join our team. The Corstorphine Hotels Group is an established family run business comprising of three properties in Edinburgh. The Corstorphine Lodge Hotel, located in Corstorphine, the Cumberland Hotel located in Haymarket and the Edinburgh City Suites located in the West End.
We are currently seeking someone to join our team at either the Corstorphine Lodge or Cumberland Hotel. The ideal candidate will possess good customer service skills, be able to multi-task and work well under pressure. Previous hospitality and/or customer experience experience is required, bartending experience is preferential. Training will be provided and will be ongoing over the course of your employment.
The projected start date for this position is late June, early July.
Duties may include but are not limited to;
- Checking in/out guests
- Dealing with customer queries, booking taxis and tours
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Processing payments and bookings
- Bartending
- General and equipment cleaning duties
- Assisting with laundry duties
Working hours differ from day to day depending on the needs of the business, covering a 24 hour period and up to 5 days per week. Note days are varied based on hotel needs, weekdays and weekends included. Shifts are likely to have the following start and finish times; 13-21, 14-22 or 15-23.

Pay: £10.00-£12.25 per hour
