The Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic, adaptable and dedicated Hospitality Staff to join our growing team. You will support a wide range of events and guest experiences, including:
- Waiting on for private dining and group meals
- Front of house duties, including guest welcome and check-in support
- Supporting a variety of events, from wellness retreats to weddings and corporate gatherings
- Assisting with event set-up and clear-down, ensuring a smooth, polished experience for our guests
Hours Available:
- Full time and part time positions
- Immediate start
- Rota basis including Evenings & Weekends

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is desirable
- A willingness to learn, can-do attitude, and strong work ethic are essential
- A friendly, warm and professional manner
- Flexibility to work on a rota basis, including some evenings and weekends
- Availability to start as soon as possible
- A genuine interest in Broughton Sanctuary’s culture, values, and vision
