Part-time farm worker required 2 to 4 days per week at our fruit and vegetable growing site near Cooksbridge, Lewes.
No experience is required provided you can learn quickly but you must be genuinely interested in farming and horticulture, nature or nutrition. You must be physically fit and ready to work outdoors in all weathers. Dawn & pre-dawn harvests are required on 2 to 3 days a week between May and mid-December so you must have a bicycle or car or live near the farm. You cannot rely on public transport. Option for full-time employment after an appropriate period.
Early-harvest bonus. Good long-term prospects.
