Home Helper for private family – Perfect for Moms with School-Aged Kids
Are you looking for a part-time role that fits beautifully around your family life? We’re looking for a friendly, trustworthy, reliable and proactive home helper to support a busy household during the day. No evenings or weekends required – just weekday help to keep things running smoothly at home.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and has loves helping out with family life. Whether you’re a mom yourself or someone with experience in running a home, your skills will be greatly appreciated.
Key responsibilities:
- Caring for our lovely 11-month-old baby – playtime, mealtimes etc.
- Laundry and ironing
- Housekeeping and cleaning
- Cooking/ meal prep
- Grocery shopping or running errands
- General home organisation and helping keep things on track
- Light gardening duties
- Pool maintenance (training provided)
Requirements
- Enhanced DBS check
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential for transport duties)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Trustworthy, friendly, and reliable personality
- Confident and competent with babies
Bilingual Spanish speakers desirable but not essential.
Each day will be a little different depending on what’s needed most. Some days may focus more on childcare, others on household support. We’re looking for someone flexible who can adapt to the rhythm of the household.
Location: Kirton End, Boston Lincolnshire
Hours: 4/5 days a week, 10am–2pm (flexible if you have school runs)
Start Date: Flexible
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Term-Time or All -Year-Round – Your Choice
Extras:
- Overtime available if you’d like extra hours occasionally
- Term-time only working is absolutely fine
