We have an opportunity available for a Home Delivery Co-Ordinator to join our Fleet team in Wigan on a full time, permanent position working 35 hours per week Monday Friday.
As our Home Delivery Co-Ordinator you will support the efficient and timely execution of Home Delivery operations, supporting the Fleet team with tasks and workload, and ensuring compliance with company policies and service standards.

Your key responsibilities as our Home Delivery Co-Ordinator will be to;
- Schedule and monitor daily delivery routes and driver assignments.
- Ensure all delivery documentation is accurate and complete.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer delivery queries, resolving delivery issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of driver hours, vehicle usage, and delivery performance.
- Update and maintain delivery management systems and databases.
- Generate reports on delivery performance, delays, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate driver performance documentation.
- Ensure all deliveries comply with health and safety regulations.
- Support fleet compliance by tracking MOTs, insurance, and vehicle servicing schedules.
- Liaise with internal departments such as warehouse, customer service, and other parts of the business
- Communicate delivery updates and issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Booking Hotels and dealing with overnight expenses, managing credit card purchases and invoices
Our ideal Home Delivery Co-Ordinator will have the following skills and experience;
- Previous experience in logistics, transport, or delivery administration.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and delivery management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
