Your Role as a Home Care Assistant
As a Home Care Assistant, you will support elderly and vulnerable clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care, including washing and dressing
- Preparing meals and supporting with medication
- Assisting with mobility and promoting well-being
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Helping with light household tasks and errands
- Encouraging clients to engage in social activities
What We Look For
- A caring, patient, and compassionate nature
- A UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Proof of right to work in the UK
- Satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check (we can assist with this process)
No Experience Required – We provide a fully paid, three-week training program with an in-house mentor to support you every step of the way.
