We are looking to hire a dedicated and caring person to join a welcoming and supportive team! You do not need experience as we will give you full training, induction, and support. Personal qualities and a genuine interest in supporting vulnerable people are what we look for.
Our select care workers are passionate about delivering the best possible care service to people living in their own homes. Most of our clients are elders but all are vulnerable and in need of our support. We take this very seriously.
A car or vehicle is a must as full time workers are required to work all the above areas!
We can offer a salaried position in some cases. Hours can be guaranteed if your availability is good.

Our shift times are as follows
- Morning/Lunch shift 07:00 to 14:00
- Tea Shift 15:00 to 18:30
- Evening shift 18:30 to 22:00
We require all our full time carers to work at least Two of the above shifts every Alternate weekend. It can be one or both weekend days – your choice.

Great Rates of Pay
*£13.95 to £15.30/hour & up to £16.50 weekends (depending on time of day and experience)

Principal responsibilities include:
- Undertake various care duties in your client's homes including but not limited to, assistance with personal hygiene, prompting, assisting, and administering medication, dressing and grooming, housework, laundry, shopping, accompanying and taking people out to various places in the community, helping with correspondence, befriending and companionship.
- Support clients to develop and maintain independence, encourage and promote physical and mental activity.
- Record brief but accurate notes in the client's care plan at the end of each visit.
- Communicate to the office important changes to client's health and wellbeing.
- Record and report any accidents or incidents as per company policy.
- Liaise with client, client's family and/or advocate regarding client's care and support and report any changes to the manager.
- Be willing to undertake training for career development and to meet statutory and legal requirements.
- Attend regular supervisions with line manager.
- Work as part of a team communicating with other care staff who may be working with the same client.
- Liaise and follow information given by other health and social care professionals e.g., GP, district nurse, other care managers, etc.
- Be willing to undertake a DBS search and provide satisfactory references.
