Join our Kidwise Team as a Activity Coach and make a positive impact on the lives of children in a fun and dynamic holiday camp environment. As a Camp Counselor, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for campers while fostering their personal growth and development. You must be able to do After School Club and most of the Holiday Camps in the year!!!
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage with campers in various recreational activities and games.
- Plan and lead educational and sports coaching sessions to enhance camper skills.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers at all times.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for campers to learn and grow.
- Assist in organizing and implementing daily schedules and activities.
- Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and fellow team members.
- Serve as a role model by demonstrating leadership qualities and positive behavior. - Collecting children from school and taking public transport.
Requirements:
- Talented & Teach at least a few of these skills - Dance, Mulit Sports, Martial Art, Gymnastic, Arts & Craft, Drama, Science, Brian Stem and Game Planning.
- Previous experience working with children in a camp or educational setting is a must.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and patience when working with children.
- Safeguard, Enhanced DBS and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Can take feedback and great in working as a team.
You must be able to work most of the school holidays and After school club eg:
Easter holidays 3 weeks, Summer Holidays 8 weeks, Half terms in October, December, February and May. We are currently looking for holiday camp coach to start in October and After School Club Coach to start in September.
Holiday Camp timetable: Monday to Friday
AM Shift: 7.30am - 1:30pm
PM Shift: 12.45pm - 6.30pm
Double shift might be asked and you must be flexible.
After School Club Timetable: Monday - Friday
After school club: 3:00pm - 6:15pm
Children party once a month on Saturday 5.30pm - 10.30pm.
Children Birthday party when there is booking in weekends.
