We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hire Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and a passion for providing exceptional administrative support. This role involves assisting with various clerical tasks, data entry, and maintaining office efficiency. The Hire Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring that our hiring processes run smoothly and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the hiring team, including scheduling interviews and managing calendars.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our systems.
- Maintain organised records of applicants and assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when communicating with candidates and staff.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline hiring processes and improve overall efficiency.
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in using computerised systems, particularly Microsoft.
- Attention to detail are essential for accurate data entry.
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Familiarity with office procedures and practices will be an advantage.
