We are passionate about delivering real value and results to our clients, and we're looking for a motivated and persuasive High-Ticket Sales Representative to join our team and drive revenue growth.

As a High-Ticket Sales Representative, you will be responsible for closing inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, and converting high-value clients for our premium services. You’ll play a key role in driving the company's growth by identifying client needs and presenting compelling service-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales calls and consultations with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored service packages.
- Close high-ticket sales via phone, Zoom, or in-person meetings.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing, outreach, and referrals.
- Maintain an organized CRM pipeline and keep detailed notes on each lead.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and service delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Continuously improve your sales strategy and knowledge of company services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in high-ticket sales ($3,000+ per sale), preferably in service-based industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build rapport.
- Strong closing skills and a consultative sales approach.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic pipeline.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and online communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Calendly, HubSpot).
Preferred:
- Background in [industry related to your services, e.g., digital marketing, coaching, consulting, SaaS, etc.].
- Familiarity with handling objections and value-based selling.
- Understanding of client onboarding and retention strategies.
