R.D. Mechanical Services was established in 1998 and since then have been involved in the maintenance, repair and servicing of all types of municipal vehicles & plant equipment.Still family run, we now require a skilled HGV Mechanic to join our team.
Due to continued growth we’re looking for an experienced HGV Mechanic to join our busy and growing team.
The Role:
- Perform day-to-day vehicle servicing, maintenance, PSV and repairs including the replacement of parts.
- Perform heavy vehicle fleet inspections and diagnostic testing.
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support.
- Other general work as required in the workshop.
Required experience:
- Fully qualified HGV Mechanic
- Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
- Ability to work independently and as apart of a team
- Strong communication and time management skills
- A full UK driving licence
