Job Description

Facilities Management - Helpdesk Agent

Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service? Ready to thrive in an energetic environment with a supportive culture? Cushman & Wakefield, a global leader in commercial real estate services, is looking for a motivated individual to join our Property Maintenance/Facilities Management Helpdesk team. This is an excellent opportunity to be at the heart of operations, representing one of the biggest names in real estate while ensuring the smooth running of our clients' facilities.

Why Cushman & Wakefield? Cushman & Wakefield isn’t just a place to work—it’s a place to grow. We are a global firm with 44,000 employees in over 60 countries, dedicated to providing exceptional service and insights to our clients. By joining us, you’ll have the chance to make a real impact, with opportunities to advance your career in an exciting, supportive environment.

What You'll Be Doing: As a key member of our Helpdesk team, your role will involve handling client requests, managing work orders, and supporting our internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality service. This isn’t an IT Helpdesk role; it's focused on facilities management, so you’ll be dealing with building maintenance, work orders, and ensuring everything runs smoothly on the facilities side.

  • Customer Service Excellence: Responding promptly to client inquiries via phone and email, providing solutions with a “right first time” approach.
  • Work Order Management: Log and track requests (both reactive and planned) to ensure adherence to agreed service levels and client expectations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting & Administration: Use CAFM system (Famis 360) and other software to monitor job statuses, generate reports and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Prioritization & Problem-Solving: Effectively prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail.

The Ideal Candidate: We’re looking for someone who brings a customer-first mentality, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work well to deadlines. If you have experience in a helpdesk or customer service environment and are IT literate (using tools like CAFM, Microsoft, Teams, SharePoint, Excel), this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

  • Skills & Experience:
    • Previous experience in a helpdesk or customer service role is essential
    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
    • A logical and methodical approach to problem-solving
    • Team-oriented with the ability to work autonomously
    • IT literate and comfortable using CAFM and Microsoft tools
    • Able to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure

Why You'll Love It Here:

  • Supportive Work Environment: You'll be part of a collaborative team that’s dedicated to achieving high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
  • Career Growth: Cushman & Wakefield is committed to investing in your development, with regular feedback, training, and career advancement opportunities.
  • Global Reach, Local Impact: With a presence in over 60 countries, you'll be contributing to a company that’s at the forefront of real estate services.

If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and work in an exciting, fast-paced environment with a leading global company, we’d love to hear from you!
