- Working through to the Operating plan, supporting, protecting and enhancing customer experience through a visible presence to support and reassure passengers,
- Meeting and greeting customers in transit at the airport and guiding them correctly for all their enquiries.
- Create a positive customer experience through assisting the Terminal Operations team to deliver a great customer experience to all passengers.
- Displaying Heathrow Service Signature Values and Behaviors across face-to-face contact with customers, stakeholders and other third parties.
- Support as directed activation of Airside and Landside contingencies across al aspects of Services passenger areas at the airport.
- Be knowledgeable about the facilities and layout of the airport, airline operations and locations across Heathrow in order to assist passengers and airport users with their enquiries.
- This role is dynamic to help support any passenger service requirements, or operational needs on the shift across all Heathrow terminals.
- Always maintain professional standards including personal appearances wearing uniforms provided by the company.
- Work with Passenger Service and Terminal Teams, as required when operations are in contingency or emergency mode.
- Ensure that the ascetics of the passenger facing areas such as queue mazes and signage are in place. Report faults to the Supervisors as required.
- Cooperating with number of other organisations including Immigration, airlines etc.
- Handle general enquiries from passengers and guide them appropriately.
- Adhere to all relevant safety and environmental management procedures and controls to ensure passenger safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality services.
Essential Requirements
- The role involves working in shift patterns with 6 days on and 3 days off. This includes early start, late finishes, weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.
- This is a full time role based at Heathrow terminals.
- 5 years checkable history for security vetting is essential for the role.
- Clean DBS record with no criminal records or CCJs.
- Due to the nature of operations, we operate a Holiday Block system where a portion of your annual holiday is pre-allocated.
