Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and knowledgeable Audiologist/Dispenser to join our team at a brand new clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating hearing and balance disorders, providing comprehensive audiological assessments, and developing tailored treatment plans for patients. Duties
- Conduct thorough audiological assessments both, including hearing tests and balance evaluations.
- Interpret test results to diagnose hearing loss and other auditory disorders.
- Develop individualised treatment plans based on patient assessments.
- Fit and dispense hearing aids and assistive listening devices.
- Educate patients on the proper use and maintenance of hearing aids.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Provide exceptional aftercare and patient support.
- Progress to manage a team

Qualifications
- A degree in Audiology or equivalent experience and qualifications is essential.
- HCPC Registered
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy is required.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a a private audiology clinic
- Any management experience is beneficial
- A real drive to succeed
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of audiology
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience in ear wax removal and microsuction would be highly beneficial
