Indiana Healthcare are recruiting Care Assistants to join our ever growing team of dedicated Care Staff. We support clients in their homes 1:1, take them out for the day and work with local businesses to provide the best possible care in the Southwest.
We supply FREE uniform, PPE, Training and an Enhanced DBS for all community care staff - no hidden fees.
Candidates MUST have a driving licence and access to their own car.
40p per mile.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Support clients in maintaining their independence while ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate records of client care plans and progress notes.
- Participate in training sessions and shadow shifts to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Drive to various locations as needed to provide care services.

Requirements
- 3+ months experience in a care home or home care setting.
- Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Candidates MUST have a driving licence and have access to their own car
- Basic IT skills for documentation and communication purposes.
