This is a challenging role dealing with patients coming in for a variety of appointments in our department.
You will also support our Co-ordinators with scanning paperwork and answering the telephone.
The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate the following skills:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Be able to work well under pressure.
- Communicate well with patients and other staff of all levels.
- Be able to operate effectively as part of a team or using your own initiative.

Answering the telephone
Outcoming clinics
Supporting clinicians before their clinics
Providing HCA support within the department where necessary
Scanning documents onto Evolve
Prepping clinics

To assist with the provision of patient care and administrative duties within The Dia betes Centre at Worthing Hospital . This incorporates providing care and support to Diabetes and Endocrinology clinics . To assist with the most effective use of resources and manpower . To participate in the planning and developing of the future service in accordance with the Trust's policies and procedures.
