Fixed Term (FTC) 30 months
Your responsibilities:
- Discuss and update H&S training requirements, audit results, current risks and strategic planning.
- Identification and collation of area specific health and safety data, challenges, incidents, trends, concerns and training requirements.
- Organising quarterly Health and Safety campaigns and other relevant communication as directed by the Health and Safety Manager.
- Active member of the business Wellbeing Steering Group.
- Supporting internal and external Health and Safety audits and associated activities/task. Development and management of any actions required and the production of an action plan tracker.
Your profile:
- Aiming towards Health and Safety related qualification
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills end effective communication to ensure engagement at all levels
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of an efficient team and create relationships
- Assessing situations, recognizing difficulties and determining the action needed to achieve a successful outcome
- Competent MS Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Visio.
