We are looking for a Health Care Assistant to join our team and provide support to our service users. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with service user's care, providing administrative support, and helping to maintain a safe and clean environment. This position requires excellent communication skills, a compassionate attitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the healthcare field and be committed to providing quality care to our clients. Passion for caring: We are looking for individuals who have a genuine passion for providing care and support to vulnerable individuals. Full training: While prior experience in some or all of the specialized skills is desirable, we are willing to provide full training for candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and commitment.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting individuals with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Administer medication and ensure proper documentation in accordance with established protocols.
