Job Opportunity: Care Assistant
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated people to join our team as Care Assistants. We offer Full-time, Part-time, and Bank shifts, with both day and night shifts available.

- No previous experience or qualifications are required — full training is provided
Training & Support
You don’t need to have worked in care before. We will provide comprehensive training both in the home and at our Training Academy. Our experienced Managers, Tutors, and Teachers will support you every step of the way to:
- Gain your Care Certificate
- Learn how to identify and respond to the individual needs of those we support
- Build the skills and confidence to become a great carer
What the role involves
As a Care Assistant, you will:
- Support with personal care in a way that respects dignity and promotes independence
- Assist with daily living activities and maintaining a comfortable environment
- Contribute to the overall wellbeing of the people we support
