Their primary duties include assisting client with;.
- Take out young persons into the community for activities
- Support young persons with play
- Supporting young persons with toileting or pant change if required while being out into the community.
- Pickup young persons from school if required
- Preparing and serving meals at the appropriate time
- Administering oral and topical medication if required
- Providing mental and emotional support
- Support with organising suitable recreational activities for the young person
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.22 per hour
