Overview
At Care Together Ltd, we are seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our team in delivering exceptional care within a home care setting. We truly value our staff for their hard work and commitment, and we ensure this is reflected through competitive pay rates, ongoing support, and recognition of the vital role you play.
In this role, you will be making a real difference in people’s lives by supporting them in their own homes. You’ll help with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, always ensuring dignity and comfort are respected. You will encourage clients to take part in daily activities so they can maintain their independence, while following personalised care plans and working closely with healthcare professionals to deliver the highest standards of support. Part of your role will also include keeping clear records of client progress, communicating effectively with families and colleagues, and ensuring a safe, clean home environment. At times, you may also drive clients to appointments or social activities, offering reassurance and support along the way.
Every day in this role is an opportunity to brighten someone’s life, knowing your care and compassion have made a real difference
