Shifts:
We are particularly looking for candidates available to work day & night 12hour shifts with flexibility for 24, 36, or 48 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centred care with compassion, dignity, and respect
- Support residents in line with personalised care plans
- Maintain accurate care documentation and work collaboratively with the team
