Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Head Server to join our dynamic team. The Head Server will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences by overseeing the dining room operations and leading the service staff. This position requires a strong background in guest services, food preparation, and culinary knowledge, along with excellent time management skills. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the front-of-house team to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Provide exceptional guest services by anticipating needs and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure adherence to food safety standards.
- Train and mentor new staff on restaurant procedures, menu items, and upselling techniques.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Assist in managing reservations and seating arrangements to optimise guest flow.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism and care.
