In this multi award winning, small restaurant , They looking for a Assistant Manager/ Sommelier to push on and work with the restaurant manager and the owners and small team in one of the best restaurants in the whole of the UK.
The ideal candidate for the Assistant Manager / Sommelier will have experience in an award winning property at Rosette /Michelin star level . You will be highly experienced in wines and ideally have WSET level 1- 2 .
Must be used to working as senior waiter / supervisor / Sommelier existing manager of a high quality venue in a highly professional , hands on and friendly, customer focussed manner
