The Head of Trend and Change will work within the programme management office on behalf of the programme partner, liaising with a variety of stakeholders across the programme, reporting to the head of PMO.

Due to the strict security requirements, candidates must be a UK national and will need to progress through security clearance.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Assessing, managing and developing change management activities including analysis and engagement.
• Managing and support projects from commencement through to implementation.
• Evaluating each project highlighting any areas of change to process and assess the change impact.
• Ensuring a strong line of communication between the business and the stakeholders.

You’ll need to have:

• Experience in a similar position using trend and change management processes and tools.
• Background working with large organisations in their global change and transformation projects.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present information and communicate to individuals at all levels of an organisation.
• Outstanding organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and timelines.
