- Engage and collaborate with teams to create a vision, culture, and approach that aligns with corporate priorities and trust-wide initiatives.
- Oversee all activities, projects, issues, and risks associated with planned care transformation and improvement plans.
- Lead Group-wide initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance services and processes.
- Develop and oversee transformation priorities as part of the Group Director of Planned Care’s portfolio.
