This newly created role is a key part of that vision. We’re looking for a Head of People & Culture to help us deliver that promise.
The new senior leadership role goes beyond traditional HR, focusing on culture, wellbeing, and engagement across our 200+ team - from early years educators (EYFS) to fitness professionals and senior leadership. Its an unique opportunity for a driven HR Manager ready to step up or an experienced HR professional looking for a healthy work-life balance.
Job Purpose

- Lead people strategy, in lne with our not-for-profit values
- Champion culture
- Drive recruitment, retention & talent development
- Embed learning & development across all levels
- Act as a coach & advisor to leaders across the club
- Oversee day to day HR operations, compliance, and systems (we use Bamboo HR)
You should be
- CIPD level 5+ with experience in senior HR & People & Culture role
- A stratgic thinker who also loves getting 'stuck in'
- A values led leader who genuinely cares about people
- Skilled in engagement, L & D and shaping organisional culture
