A rapidly scaling, tech-enabled healthcare solutions provider is seeking a Head of Partnerships to build and lead their national network of care partners. With a core mission of accelerating access to outpatient care and reducing elective waiting lists across the NHS, they’ve built an agile model combining digital triage, virtual consultations, and community-based care.
The role is central to their growth strategy. You’ll be responsible for identifying and developing commercial partnerships with diagnostic providers, private treatment centres, high street health partners, and virtual care platforms. This includes everything from negotiating contracts with scanning and physio providers, to working with national organisations offering specialist services like women’s health, ophthalmology or dermatology.
Success in this role means crafting a robust, high-performing partner ecosystem that enhances patient flow, enables care pathway innovation, and delivers value to both NHS clients and private providers. You’ll need to be comfortable working in a high-autonomy, delivery-focused environment where strategic thinking and hands-on implementation go hand in hand.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Clinical, IT, Product, and Finance teams – aligning partner capabilities with clinical service requirements and digital infrastructure. From onboarding and contracting to performance monitoring and service improvement, you’ll lead from the front.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who understands the operational mechanics of NHS pathways, thrives in complex stakeholder environments, and wants to make an impact at the system level. Previous experience in diagnostics, healthcare service contracting, digital health, or provider networks would be ideal.
