Your Mission
To establish and grow a deeply engaged member base while building strategic corporate and local partnerships that drive referrals, long-term loyalty, and brand influence. You’ll be the architect of RC’s first impression, guiding guests from curious first-timers to committed advocates.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Launch
- Build momentum for RC’s opening through private tours, preview class activations, and direct outreach.
- Maintain a high-performance sales pipeline using CRM tools and relationship-led strategy.
- Lead the development of a corporate and B2B partnership network across St. James, including hotels, HR teams, private clubs, and premium residential developments.
- Represent RC with at curated events, activations, and brand collaborations.
- Partner with the Studio Manager on launch pricing, messaging, and conversion campaigns.
Post-Launch
- Convert inbound leads from drop-ins, referrals, and trials into long-term members.
- Proactively manage corporate wellness accounts and deliver tailored experiences for key clients.
- Generate consistent demand through a growing network of B2B relationships and local partnerships.
- Track and deliver key performance metrics weekly: lead flow, conversion rate, engagement pipeline.
- Continually seek new brand-aligned collaborations to elevate visibility and community standing.
You Bring
- A natural ability to connect with individuals, teams, and brands.
- Emotional intelligence and intuition, you listen before you sell.
- A background in premium fitness, wellness, hospitality or lifestyle brands.
- The hunger to build something exceptional
Preferred Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in boutique fitness, wellness, hospitality or luxury sales.
- Proven ability to convert leads and retain high-value clients.
- Experience designing and delivering B2B or corporate partnership solutions.
- Excellent communication skills across written, verbal and in-person environments.
